FirstTech offers 90 days of complimentary phone support with the purchase of a new computer system. FirstTech is here for you as you learn your new computer system. We will help you as you set up your Internet connection, printers, scanners and other accessories. You will have access to our trained professionals who will gladly provide basic installation, configuration and troubleshooting assistance for most industry-leading applications over the phone. Calls to our 90 day support line are returned within four hours.

FirstTech also provides a per–incident technical support service for a nominal fee. Just call our service line at 374-8050. We will determine your needs, and if appropriate, put you in contact with a phone support technician.
